Animal Hospital and Emergency Clinic of Conroe is looking to welcome a General Practice Veterinarian to our team and rapidly growing hospital! We have been serving the community for over 20 years and has established such an amazing culture and team! Staff retention is amazing, and a number of staff have been serving for over 15 years - a testament to great leadership and established culture! We're a close-knit group of experienced veterinary professionals that pride ourselves on our ability to offer mentorship, support, and a collaborative workplace. In addition to taking care of pets, we also take care of each other. Our Hospital:

• 6 Full-Time DVM's
• Our hospital is well-equipped: we have a complete surgical suite, digital + dental radiography, an ultrasound, cold laser, a well-stocked pharmacy, and full in-house laboratory
• We have a robust daily schedule, interesting cases, and excellent relationships with surrounding referral practices

Our compensation package includes a highly competitive starting salary, monthly production with no-negative accrual, and sign-on bonus. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
