Salary:  $40K Annually

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 12:30am - 9:00 am, Rotating Saturdays

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Start a career path with a company that's passionate about you and your development as a leader
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager ensuring all daily tasks across the facility are satisfactorily completed
  • Supervise and assist your team of Warehouse Associates load, unload, sort and move product and materials both manually and with equipment
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager for expected in-bound deliveries
  • Monitor and perform scanning processes on customer freight with Associates
  • Transport product efficiently and safely to staging area(s)
  • Be proactive by maintaining a clean work area that is free of hazards
  • Be flexible with duties/schedule, depending on level of workload

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • A Can-Do attitude and willingness to lead and assist others
  • Ability to work independently and with your team and to carry out assignments to completion
  • Ability to read/understand product labels
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be pleasant and provide exemplary customer service
  • Excellent ATTENTION TO DETAIL

 

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1+ year of previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Forklift experience is helpful, but not required

 

PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS:

  • Standing/walking/bending for extended periods of time
  • Carrying/balancing/lifting
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. intermittently
