Credit Representative
The Role -
Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Credit Representative to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.
The key responsibilities of this Credit Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Assess customer credit worthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits
- Monitor timely payments for assigned customer accounts
- Provide monthly cash forecast
- Review customer orders for adherence to payment terms and credit limit
- Process customer billings
- Maintain AR Customer Master file
- Process customer CMs
- Support audit data requests
Salary - $42,000 - $55,000
Location -
- Sidney, NY
- 30 Minute Drive from Binghamton, NY
- 20 Minute Drive from Oneonta, NY
The Person -
The key skills and qualities of a Credit Representative at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:
- Two years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Utilization of mainframe accounting software
