Osborn Family Health Center located in Camden South Jersey is a few steps away from Philadelphia and a short drive to the Jersey shores and Pennsylvania suburbs.  We are a multispecialty practice encompassing Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OBGYN and clinics. The center was established in 1974 in a brownstone house that was donated by Dr. Edward Osborn, the first Chief of Surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center. For over 30 years, Osborn Family Medical Centers, has provided primary healthcare services to local communities, including residents and undocumented immigrants. We strive to provide high quality healthcare that reduces the financial and cultural barriers to meet the needs of our culturally diverse community. The Osborn Family Medicine team consists of dedicated physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, and clinical social workers. We collaborate to meet the healthcare needs of each one of our patients. 

Osborn Family health center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). APNs working for an FQHC are eligible for up to $50,000 through the Federal Loan Repayment Program.

Rotating On-Call Schedule
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner will report to the Chief Medical Officer.
We are looking for a talented Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, to deliver Comprehensive Primary Care Services to our population. Our team of providers are passionate, culturally sensitive in providing quality of care to our patients while achieving healthy outcomes.
 
JOB SUMMARY:
The NP will independently assess, diagnose, prescribe medications and treat patients according to the established protocols in collaboration with physicians. The NP will function within the scope of practice as defined by the state nurses practice act, delineation of privileges set forth by the practice setting and the American Nurses' Association Code of Ethics. Provide triage referral coordination, develops differential diagnosis, and individualized care plans along with patient education for specific diseased types as appropriate.
Multi-Specialty Practice- Family Medicine, OB/GYN and Pediatrics
Establish and Maintain Effective Working Relationships with Providers and the Team
Provide and coordinate primary healthcare
Provide telehealth services
Maintain current knowledge base through appropriate professional activities, conferences, Webinar and other organizations
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in Nursing
National Certification by ANCC Or NAPNAP Required
Experience: Working in a Family Practice Environment
Board Certified
Required Licenses: Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
Required Licenses: Licensure to practice as Certified a Registered Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey
CDS, DEA, CPR, Basic Life Skills
Credentialed Insurances – (Current/Prior)
