Handle sales transactions made through the Pro Shop.

Perform all opening and closing procedures

Maintain high level of cleanliness for all areas within the department

Report stock levels of guest, retail and office supplies to manager.

Adhere to all rules and regulations established in standard operation procedure manual for Top of the Rock Pro Shop and BCL/Bass Pro Shops.

Report all incidents of guest dissatisfaction to the manager.

Report all accidents/injuries that occur during the execution of Pro Shop business or on Big Cedar Lodge property through proper channels.

Assist guests with the highest level of professionalism.

Be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally

Knowledge of office procedures, methods and equipment with particular reference to receiving and accounting for the receipt of cash.
