Data Entry Specialist - Human Resources (part-time)

Position: Data Entry Specialist – Human Resources (part-time)

Location: Nashua, NH

 

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally.

 

Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
• Process employment record changes related to new hires, terminations, job assignments, etc.
• Maintain employment records, assuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide systems related support for benefits administration, FMLA, employment changes, and payroll
• Assist with additional Human Resource projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in an administrative or systems-related role; Human Resources experience preferred
• Bachelors degree is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
