Talent and Leadership Development Intern

Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for Talent and Leadership Development?  If so, we have a great opportunity for you!  GSMS is looking for a Talent and Leadership Development Intern to join our team.  In this role you will have the opportunity to create and implement strategies and programs to support the development of our team members.  We are looking for an individual who has a strong desire to learn, is reliable and self-motivated, and passionate about helping others develop and grow.  If you have excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

This position will also assist with other aspects of human resources such as recruiting, employee communications, benefits, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate for this role is an organized, detail-oriented individual who finds energy in trailblazing initiatives where processes may not yet exist
• Creative self-starter with the ability to work with little direction
• Solid track record of leadership and teamwork
• Demonstrate strong decision making, oral and written communication, as well as business acumen
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field.  May also be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or advanced degree program
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
