Estate Manager

Position Summary: A family in Southern Arizona is seeking an experienced and seasoned Estate Manager who has a passion for hospitality and property management. The successful person will have significant estate management experience who can work independently. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate and oversee household activities, events, and special projects.

• Maintain household budgets, expenses, and financial records.

• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of the residence.

• Handle household inventory management, including purchasing and stocking supplies.

• Liaise and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.

• Provide personalized support and assistance to the residents and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential setting. 

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse individuals.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in managing household finances and budgets.

• Knowledge of basic household maintenance and safety practices.

• Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

 

Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday work week with occasional weekend flexibility. This is a year round, live out position.

 

Compensation: $175K, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits. Relocation costs will be subsidized up to $5K.
