Dialysis Registered Nurse

We have both Full-time and Part-time positions available. Come join us and work in our Hampden Neighborhood Dialysis clinic with very cohesive team and great hours. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday. Full-time staff are scheduled 36-40 hours weekly. Dialysis experience a plus but will train the right candidate. New Grads welcome!!!!

The RN provides hemodialysis treatments to renal failure patients in accordance with IDF policies and procedures and all other regulatory agencies. Routinely performs nursing tasks as ordered by the physician and/or assigned by the Charge RN.
PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties as delegated or assigned in accordance with IDF policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
Administer patient care in a safe, confidential, and respectful manner.
Apply interpersonal relationship skills.
Assist fellow members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Accountable for all delegated nursing care activities, assessments, interventions and for ongoing evaluation of the patient's response to the nursing plan of care.
Perform and document patient observations and data collections accurately, timely, and legibly in the patient's electronic medical record.
Respond appropriately to visual and audible alarms of the dialysis machine and other ancillary equipment.
