Executive Personal Assistant

A family in Coral Gables, FL is looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who will work in their home, and occasionally from the office.  The family wants someone who is very smart, energetic, and able to anticipate their needs.  They are looking for someone that knows this job inside and out and does not need to be trained.

 

You will manage multiple calendars and administrative tasks for the family, organize important documents, make travel and restaurant arrangements, schedule vendors and contractors, take lots of notes, and run errands if needed. Good daily communication and positive go-getter attitude is key.

 

The right candidate is efficient, highly organized, anticipates needs, tech savvy, and warm. You must be very comfortable working in Excel, making holiday cards, and type fast.  This person is a problem-solver who thinks ahead and enjoys working closely with a principal to solve daily problems and plan ahead so things can become streamlined and efficient in the years to come. It is a significant plus if you are bilingual in English and Spanish and like being in a home where there are children and a dog.   We are looking for someone who is loyal and discreet and has a long-term intent to represent the family well.

 

Please know you will be mostly working with a female that has past banking experience in NYC.

 

Schedule:

Generally, a Monday through Friday schedule, business hours, with flexibility to work extended hours when needed. We hope you will live near Coral Gables/Pinecrest, so the commute is easy.

 

Compensation:

Compensation commensurate with experience, $80-100K per year with good benefits.
