Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field, to work in the dynamic aviation industry.  As part of our team, you'll be developing, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies that not only drive success but also enhance the experience of pilots, passengers, and aviation professionals who rely on our products, services, and facilities. You'll work closely with the marketing team, gaining insights into the unique aspects of marketing within the aviation industry, from targeting specific segments of the aviation community to understanding the needs and interests of pilots, DOMs (Director of Maintenance), and aircraft owners.

Additionally, this position has the potential to become permanent, providing a pathway to further grow your marketing skills within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid ads.
  • Contribute to content creation for our website and social media channels, including writing blog posts, creating graphics, and basic video production.
  • Create webpages and graphics for WordPress websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, optimized for search engines, and in line with our branding guidelines.
  • Help with SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research and content optimization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current enrollment in a degree program in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge and a creative eye for taking photos and video, demonstrating a capability to produce visually appealing content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, MailChimp and Canva a plus.
