Executive Housekeeper

Position Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Housekeeper to join a formal household outside of Nashville. We are looking for someone with impeccable cleanliness and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a polished demeanor, impeccable attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of housekeeping best practices. With a commitment to excellence and a poised approach to their work, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding the residence's prestigious reputation and ensuring utmost satisfaction for the family and guests.

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain pristine bathrooms and uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Perform comprehensive floor care duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Expertly dust and polish surfaces to enhance living spaces.
• Organize and declutter storage areas for optimal functionality.
• Make beds and change linens with precision.
• Handle laundry, ironing, and dry-cleaning tasks proficiently.
• Manage grocery shopping efficiently while selecting high-quality items.
• Run errands and maintain household items.

 

Qualifications:

• Experienced in managing executive housekeeping duties in luxury homes
• Highly skilled in laundry operations
• Strong command of English language
• Effective communication skills
• Committed to long-term engagement
• Collaborative team player

 

Schedule:

Generally, the schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm, with weekend flexibility.

 

Compensation:

Excellent compensation of $85-$90K, dependent on experience.
