Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Primary In-Person Support: Work in tandem with the Executive Personal Assistant, ensuring seamless preparation, planning and organization.
• Be the Go-To: Act as the primary liaison with the publicist and fashion/styling team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Travel Companion: Provide support during travels and assist with preparation for various visits and engagements, including weekend commitments.
• Family and Home Coordination: Proactively anticipate and manage the needs of the artist's family, working in harmony with domestic staff and husband's private assistant.
• Engage Intellectually: Bring stimulating conversation and companionship, showing a deep interest in art, fashion, and more.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Solid background as a personal assistant within a dynamic household, showcasing a wide range of skills, professionalism, and maturity. Ability to respect home boundaries, emotional awareness.
• Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours, primarily 9am-6pm, with adjustments as required.
• Tech-Savvy: Competence with modern technology and troubleshooting.
• Communication: Strong direct, yet tactful communication skills.

 

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within a dynamic household is crucial.
• Travel Willingness: Ready and able to travel, including weekends.

 

Schedule:

The general work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm with the flexibility to work additional hours in the evenings or weekends as requested.

 

Compensation:

The salary for this role will be $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
