Housekeeper

Position Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and professional Housekeeper to join a formal household with impeccable cleanliness and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a polished demeanor, impeccable attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of housekeeping best practices. Responsibilities:

• Maintain pristine bathrooms and uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Perform comprehensive floor care duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Expertly dust and polish surfaces to enhance living spaces.
• Organize and declutter storage areas for optimal functionality.
• Make beds and change linens with precision.
• Handle laundry, ironing, and dry-cleaning tasks proficiently.
• Manage grocery shopping efficiently while selecting high-quality items.

 

Qualifications:

The right candidate has at least 7 years' prior experience working as a Housekeeper in a private home or luxury hotel property and have excellent references. To be successful in this role you must be a self-starter with excellent cleaning skills, including knowledge in the care of fine materials, furnishings, and clothing. It is important that candidates have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be comfortable in a home with children and a well-trained dog.

 

Schedule:

General work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm with the flexibility to work additional hours in the evenings or weekends as requested.

 

Compensation:

Competitive salary range begins at $100,000 with benefits including, annual discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, 14 days PTO, paid holidays.
