Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our Salesforce implementation projects. The Delivery Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting the requirements and expectations of our clients, particularly CDFA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or business administration, along with extensive experience in project management, specifically in Salesforce implementations. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing project teams, coordinating activities, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in the preparation and documentation of deliverables to meet CDFA's requirements.
  • Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including task assignment, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Identify and resolve problems or barriers that may arise during project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, documenting and tracking issues and risks.
  • Communicate concerns or escalate issues to the Senior Project Manager and CDFA as necessary.
  • Take ownership of executing all supporting project plans, including communication, change control, issue tracking, and change management.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver software and other technology solutions as specified within the project scope.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, four (4) years of additional qualifying experience can be substituted for the bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last seven (7) years as a Delivery/Project Manager on Salesforce implementation projects.
  3. Minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience as a Delivery/Project Manager on a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation project.
  4. Minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience as a Project Manager in the past ten (10) years, including two (2) years of FTE experience managing a Salesforce SaaS implementation project with a budget equal to or greater than $10 million, including legacy data cleansing and migration, and supporting public users.
  5. Valid certification as a Scrum Alliance - Certified Scrum Master.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
