Project Coordinator

Equix Integrity Southeast provides services to the Water/Wastewater collection systems industry, to both the public and private sectors. Our team of professionals have decades of experience in the Clean & TV, Inspection, Rehabilitation and Cross Bore markets. We have a current opening for a Project Coordinator.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports for a variety of projects
  • Create new projects on our network and in our database
  • Talking on the telephone to employees and customers
  • Tracking various items using Excel
  • Process weekly/monthly customer billings
  • Filling and preparing documents
  • Tracking of projects and permits
  • Administrative support
  • Create and update tracking spreadsheets for new projects
  • Create As-Builts for projects and submit to Project manager for review
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  •  The ability to work independently with minimal supervision will be essential.
  •  Detail-orientated and excellent ability to multi-task
  •  Excellent written and oral communication as well as organizational skills
  •  Microsoft Word and Excel experience
