Epic Aircraft, based in beautiful Bend, Oregon, is the leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance, all-composite, six-seat single-engine turboprop aircraft. We're seeking talented and creative individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the aerospace industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of the Sales & Marketing Department, the Eastern Aircraft Sales Associate will assist the Eastern Sales Manager with lead generation, prospect qualification and development. You will meet or exceed assigned sales goals through effective nurturing of the sales pipeline. You possess a great attitude, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional experience for prospective and current customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and account management, preferably in the high end, luxury or business market.

Other Essential Duties Include:

  • Assist Eastern Sales Manager with lead generation, prospect qualification and development
  • Timely follow-up on leads provided by Marketing
  • Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and networking events
  • Assist with preparing and presenting competitive analysis 
  • Support tradeshows, demo tours and other events
  • Perform demonstration flights
  • Assist Sales Manager to meet targets, KPIs and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Act as a brand ambassador, assisting Marketing, Flight Operations and Customer Support to foster a positive customer experience
  • Travel to meet prospects and clients as needed 
  • Execute special projects and assignments as requested

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Able to develop relationships with aircraft owners and operators, high net-worth individuals and companies within assigned regions/territories
  • A natural sales ability with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional sales, presentation, written communication, and negotiation skills 
  • Current FAA commercial instrument (or ATP) certificate required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • A current valid U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to obtain a 1st class medical
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future

DESIRABLE

  • Experienced flight instructor (CFI/CFII)
  • Previous corporate flight experience
  • 1000+ Hours TT
  • 250+ Hours in Turboprop aircraft
