Area Manager

Equix Integrity provides a variety of offerings in the water/wastewater markets. Our construction management experience includes cross bore detection, cleaning and televising, and rehabilitation.  We currently have an opening in North Royalton, Ohio for an Area Manager.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business development and financial health of the group within the region
• Researching and estimating prospective projects
• Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with new and current customers
• Responsible for promoting a safety culture for all employees within the area
• Will efficiently manage and coordinate assigned work volumes
• Provide direction, instruction and supervision to project managers and crews
• Timely submittal of documents and adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Facilitate training of new employees on safety standards and company policies
• Review and approve reports submitted by field crews including timesheets
• Conduct accurate and timely performance reviews with employees
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements and handling theft or abuse of equipment or tools
• Facilitate equipment repairs and maintain equipment inventory
• Other duties as assigned

 

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working with sewer cleaning and televising concepts processes and practices
• Clear understanding and experience in estimating and executing sewer cleaning and televising and cross-bore detection projects
• Decisiveness including making well-informed decisions by considering risk and evaluating the best alternative by drawing conclusions and solving problem
• High School Diploma required
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated self-direction and self-motivation
• Being results-oriented with strong leadership skills will be crucial to personal and divisional growth
