Call Center Representative

One of Houston's leading pediatric outpatient rehabilitation facilities is hiring! Winter Pediatric Therapy Centers has been serving children of the greater Houston and surrounding areas for over 23 years!

We are looking for Call Center Representatives with excellent customer service and verbal communication skills who will thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Call Center Representatives are the initial source of support to our patient's caregivers as well as their Health Care Providers. They communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and patients.

Duties include, but are not limited to: answering general questions about services, locations, and hours of operation, confirming appointments, appointment reminder calls, rescheduling appointments, forwarding messages to therapists, and routing calls to corresponding offices for further assistance.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
