Collections Representative – Knowledge of collection methods, policies, and procedures. Computer literate and has experience with automated data processing equipment for entry, retrieval, and modification. Has the ability to understand and interpret credit policies and regulations. Has the ability to courteously respond to patients on credit matters in a timely fashion and to accurately examine documents for completeness. Must be able to communicate clearly. Experience in collections field and medical insurances preferred. Minimum two years of experience.
