Clinical Nurse Instructor(s)

 

Athabasca University, Canada’s leader in online education, requires clinical instructors for their Post-Licensed Practical Nurse to Bachelor of Nursing Program. 

Current opportunities are available as follows:

Edmonton and Calgary - Clinical instructors are required to work with students in acute care settings on day and evening shifts. Candidates must hold a Masters’ degree in Nursing and have a minimum of one year recent clinical teaching experience in medical-surgical settings within AHS facilities. Current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta is required.

Alberta - Clinical instructors are required to work with students in an on-line setting integrating theory with simulated clinical learning in mental health and family/community health. Candidates must hold a Masters’ degree in Nursing and have a minimum of one year recent clinical teaching experience in mental health or family/community health settings. Current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta is required.
