Clinical Investigator Registration Specialist


The Investigator Registration Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of investigator registration and support duties, essential to the maintenance and functioning of the investigator registration segment of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) contract.

-  Complete new and existing investigator registration documents.
-  Update and make corrections on current investigation documents.
-  File documents in Investigator folders.
-  Assist with on demand registration inquires via email and phone.
-  Prepare monthly investigator registration production report for client.
-  Assist with answering the EDJ main line during business hours.

-  Processing incomplete registration documents through notifying investigators of missing pieces,
-  Providing the missing or incomplete documents for completion,
-  Maintaining of logs stating dates of returns and communication to investigators.
-  Providing other support duties as needed for the smooth running of the contract (e.g. faxing, copying, filing, updating of standard operating procedures, data entry, scanning, dissemination of mail, etc.)


Education:    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:  Data entry and customer service experience desired
Knowledge:  Good writing and verbal communication skills. Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2007, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficient with the use of office equipment and computers.

Other:   Willingness to work as part of a team and with a diverse group of people is essential.  Strong team building and people skills and ability to work under pressure with limited guidance are critical.

Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, photo copiers, fax machines, and telephones

Other related duties and tasks as assigned.
