Martin Transportation Systems, is seeking a highly qualified Terminal Manager for our Dayton, OH operation. We are looking for an individual to join our dynamic team and take their existing skills to the next level. Our Terminal Managers:
•    Maintain knowledge of DOT & FMCSA Regulations
•    Manage, motivate, and lead the operational teams
•    Manage work flows within the department and set clear expectations
•    Responsible for training and the continual development of employees within the department
•    Conduct regular meetings and reviews with employees regarding operational issues and solutions
•    Develop, implement, and maintain SOP's for all operational areas
•    Help review metrics for improvements
•    Identify operational efficiencies through technology
•    Develop strong working relationships with customers and vendors

Required Skills and Competencies:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Administration or closely related field preferred
•    Exceptional communication skills
•    Ability to relate to all people at all levels
•    Ability to lead people and drive change
•    Highly organized and efficient
•    Ability to create and maintain simple workflows and processes
•    Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
•    Strong negotiating skills
•    Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
•    Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
•    Knowledge Logistics Software
