The Engineering Project Lead is responsible for all aspects of a new product
from concept to delivery. This is often a hands-on job requiring specific
design or process development for many different products and a Project
management job to define requirements, schedules, required resources, estimated
costs, design reviews, risk, failure analysis, customer interaction, etc. to
