This position manages the maintenance operations for the AAC including
maintenance repairs to keep the building and services functional. Supervises the
maintenance staff in the operations, inspection, testing and repairing,
maintaining and balancing all facility equipment including but not limited to
facility plumbing, mechanical, stationary and portable equipment and systems.

The Equipment Maintenance Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to
our independent contractors, customers, vendors, and co-workers in person, on
the phone, and via email. The primary responsibility of this position is to
serve as a liaison between contractors, maintenance, operations, safety, and
repair shop personnel.
