Position Summary:
To deliver friendly, professional service ensuring guest satisfaction when
checking guest in and out of hotel.
Essential Functions:
Smile, be alert and never leave the front desk unattended.
Read Pre-shift daily. Be aware of all daily activities and meetings taking
place in the resort.
Register guest and assign rooms, accommodate special requests whenever
possible.
Assist
Position Summary:
To provide efficient and courteous assistance to guests by providing shuttle
trips to and from any location on the resort, according to Big Cedar Lodge
standard operating procedures, to maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.
Essential Functions:
Greet guests with shuttle needs in a courteous and prompt manner
Maintain cleanliness of shuttle at all times
