The Field Service Technician is responsible for service, maintenance,
installation, and construction of Bay Industries Inc. laminating and converting
equipment. The Field Service Technician will travel to Bay Industries Inc.
locations throughout the United States and Canada (London, Ontario) to
install/upgrade equipment, troubleshoot issues when they arise, and train
operators to use the equipment properly. The Field Service Technician will also
work in the Cleveland, OH assembly
The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for customer service, office
administration, and sales support. Provide customer service via answering phone
calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders
and quotes. Assist with office duties including completing paperwork, order
