The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for customer service, office
administration, and sales support. Provide customer service via answering phone
calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders
and quotes. Assist with office duties including completing paperwork, order
entry, and other office work as requested.
Responsibilities:
Handles sales calls/emails with existing and potential new customers.
The Customer Service Representative supports customers along with the plant
manager and district sales managers to assure the highest level of customer
satisfaction. On a regular basis, this position will contact accounts and build
relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities for this position
include coordinating files, answering incoming phone calls, ordering office
supplies and sending/receiving mail and freight packages.
Responsibilities:
The General Laborer is responsible for operating the laminator, bandsaw, and
baler machines efficiently. When needed this associate will complete basic
machine adjustments and ensure quality of all fiberglass insulation rolls during
the lamination process.
