JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, this position is
responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties in the
maintenance of buildings and grounds.
PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES:

Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and
detect malfunctions and needed repair.
