Concierge (Guest Stay/Vacation Planner)

  Position Summary: Members of the Concierge Team are responsible for assuring a relaxing experience by delivering outstanding service for our guests. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, surprises) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.  


Summary Guest Service Attendants are required to work closely with the Front Desk Staff, Management and other hotel departments in providing exceptional guest service including but not limited to guest luggage assistance, deliveries/runner, Courtesy Shuttle Driver, local information source and other misc. needs as

Front Office Attendant (3pm - 11:30pm Shifts)

Position Summary: To deliver friendly, professional service ensuring guest satisfaction when checking guest in and out of hotel.
