Position Summary: The Guest Experience Manager manages all aspects of the Guest Experience from the Front Office for Big Cedar, Camp Long Creek and Top of the Rock including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing, Comment Cards, V.I.P. Experience and payroll in accordance with Big Cedar Lodge policies and procedures.
