The Guest Experience Manager manages all aspects of the Guest Experience from
the Front Office for Big Cedar, Camp Long Creek and Top of the Rock including
but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing, Comment Cards,
V.I.P. Experience and payroll in accordance with Big Cedar Lodge policies and
procedures. The Front Office Manager provides leadership and support to all
members of the Front Office Team, including Front Desk and Guest
Summary: To deliver friendly, professional service ensuring guest satisfaction
when checking guest in and out of resort.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
1. Smile, be alert and never leave the front desk unattended.
2. Read Pre-shift daily. Be aware of all daily activities and
meetings taking place in the resort
