Area Support Manager, OR Integration

Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Support, the primary responsibility of this role is to manage a team that includes Support Specialists, Project Consultants and IT Consultants that will provide onsite and remote service for Brainlab OR Integration products and clients. This role can be based in any major city, preferably Chicago, IL or Dallas/Houston/Austin, TX. It is the manager’s responsibility to assist the team in reaching assigned implementation and repair goal
