Schedules and perform preventative maintenance of networking, software and
hardware components. Prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user
help request. Performs network administration duties for all networking, which
may include but are not limited to, physical and virtual LANs, firewalls,
security and network access control systems for wired and wireless networks.
JOB SUMMARY – Provides assistance to computer system users. Answers questions
or resolves computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, email or
from remote locations.
