THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSTISTION!   Summary:  Wash and clean all cookware (pots and pans), dishes, utensils and kitchen areas in accordance with Big Cedar standards.  Prep work for culinary department such as but not limited to peeling, dicing, chopping, assembly finished product.
