POSITION SUMMARY
Maintains safe and secure environment for Guests and employees by patrolling and
monitoring the Buffalo Ridge Cottage area, welcoming all guests to the hotel and
assisting with luggage, transportation and guests' requests. Assisting
Guests with their luggage and transportation needs. Must ensure that guests have
a pleasant stay as the Bellman is the main contact for the cottages. Is the
acting supervisor while on duty and performs all task
Position Summary:
To provide efficient and courteous assistance to guests by providing shuttle
trips to and from any location on the resort, according to Big Cedar Lodge
standard operating procedures, to maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.

Greet guests with shuttle needs in a courteous and prompt manner

checking guest in and out of resort

Smile, be alert and never leave the front desk unattended.
Read Pre-shift daily. Be aware of all daily activities and meetings taking
place in the resort.
Register guest and assign rooms, accommodate special requests whenever
possible.
