JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the Shop Foreman, this position is responsible for
assuring that County vehicles and equipment are available and in good repair at
all times by performing a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance and
repair of mechanized and other automotive-related equipment.
Pay Rate: $51,828 to $75,206 DOQ
4-day work week
JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of the a District Supervisor or the Transfer Station
Manager, this position requires journey level skill in operating of a variety of
hauling, construction, and maintenance equipment used in construction and
maintenance of county roads and other county property. In addition, a person
in this position is responsible for complying with all safety rules and
regulations.
PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES:
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Public Works Division Director or County Engineer,
this position performs design assistance, project management, and inspections
related to capital improvements and maintenance of the County’s roadway
infrastructure. This position is also responsible for administering
right-of-way permits associated with work within the County rights-of-way.
