Position Summary:
Responsible to provide support to ATS Logistics Services, Inc., by implementing
sound customer service principles and by aiding in brokerage operations by
working both in-house and various office and divisions of ATS Logistics
throughout the U.S. while acting as the liaison between the carriers and
shippers. The position hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary
The Load tracker is responsible for the effectiveness of the operations staff by
doing a daily check call on all loads for the Flatbed and Van Operations group.
Other duties as instructed on a daily basis by the Operations Manager or Office
Administrator.
